Adrian De Brasi, Founder and CEO, is a seasoned business and production executive with a proven track record of spearheading extensive broadcast TV productions, advertising campaigns, and programming content. Adrian's journey in the world of media began in 1994, initially working in documentary productions and photography for esteemed clients such as Leica Camera, National Geographic, and Discovery Network. His remarkable impact in these fields led him to assume the role of Production Executive in the year 2000. In this capacity, he oversaw a multitude of large-scale broadcast TV productions, programming content, and multimedia projects. It was during this pivotal period that the concept of establishing a marketing agency took root, eventually culminating in the founding of Insight Media in 2008. Today, IM stands as a well-established integrated communications firm under Adrian's leadership.

Juan Cruz Bobillo

A keen observer of culture and technology. Juan is in charge of all things creative at IM. Juan possesses a unique blend of creative thinking and production expertise. With a background in Economics and Art Direction, Juan has forged an extensive career as a Creative Director across markets in the US and Latin America, notably at Saatchi & Saatchi and Young & Rubicam. Over the years, he crafted impactful campaigns for renowned brands such as Toyota, Surfrider Foundation, DIRECTV, and Sony, earning recognition with creativity awards at prestigious international shows, including Cannes Lions, The One Show, Commarts and D&AD.

Nicolas Bethlen

Creative Director

Nicolas Bethlen is a resourceful creative and designer that has worked in the broadcast & advertising industry for over 20 years worldwide. Passionate designer and meticulous motion graphics director. Has worked & delivered for McDonalds, ESPN & Disney, HBO, Budweiser, DishNetworks, Univision, and has been involved in the design of over 20 Stations with a reach of over 2bil. Has been awarded over 20 NY Festival & Promax Awards.
